I don’t have much of a routine. I try to do 50-60 minutes of challenging yoga 4-5 times a week.
In addition to this I do 20 minutes of cardio a day - intensity depends on how I’m feeling that day. Usually it’s just dancing (in my room, in the night, to badass choons).
I do my crunches, lunges, squats, burpees and a lot of stretching everyday.
I try to take a rest once a week.
